As a CTA-certified life coach and PQ® mental fitness coach, I specialize in helping heart-centered solopreneurs—especially women—build and run businesses that feel true to who they are.

 

I share an unconventional and happy life with my husband, our grown kids, and our dogs Luke and Leia.

Bouke is my daughter and was one of the first participants in my mindset program. Her journey is an incredible testament to her bravery and how powerful our mind is.

1. I have a busy schedule... How much time is required?

 

Your total time commitment is less than 15 minutes a day.

2. What can I expect?

During the initial six weeks, you can expect a weekly video module, released on Fridays. You have until Monday to watch these bite-sized interactive sessions. On weekday mornings, a 3-minute focus video will help you set your intention for the day. This is followed by two 3-minute, guided recharge sessions throughout the day to get out of "autopilot mode" to reground yourself. All modules and sessions are delivered to you in the app.

2. How do I make the change last?

The answer is simple but powerful: practice. Think of it like hitting the gym for your mind. Just as you work out to keep your body fit, you can train to increase your mental fitness, which gives you strength of mind and allows you to handle the ups and downs of life with more calm, joy, and confidence.​
